Are you really crazy?

Yes.

Where’s the office located?

Our head office is in Krakow, Poland – with guaranteed Crazy Reps in each of the cities.

Do I need a visa to visit Poland or Czech Republic?

No.

How do I get to Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk or Prague?

Take a flight – plenty of cheap airlines fly to Krakow airport (or Katowice, from which you can hire a transfer for the 1.5 hr ride), as well to Wroclaw, Gdansk and Prague.

What’s the currency?

PLN or Polish Zloty
CZK or Czech Crown

How do I confirm a booking?

Fill in the quote me form or email kasia@crazystag.com to get started.
For activities, 15% deposit paid online – remaining balance settled in cash to our rep on the day of the event.

For accommodation booking, CC details needed to secure the reservation and payment settled directly with hotel/apt company upon arrival. Depending on size of group – some hotels/apartment companies may require a deposit for the rooms prior to arrival.

When do we pay?

As mentioned above, 15% deposit is up front – rest paid in cash when you meet our representative in town.

What is the cancellation policy?

For activities, cost free cancellation possible 3 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise we reserve right to keep the deposit.

For accommodation, for groups most hotels/apartments require 1-2 weeks notice. Upon booking your hotel/apartment cancellation details for the hotel/apt you’ve chosen will be presented.

What happens if I need to change my booking?

No problem – just let us know and your price will be recalculated accordingly.

Is there a minimum group size?

Not always – contact us and we’ll sort something out, even if you’re travelling alone!

Can we just book activity (and settle accommodation on our own)?

Of course.

Are there such things as stupid questions?

No, just stupid people.
