Language

Almost every Czech you’re likely to meet will speak fluent English, so you shouldn’t have any difficulty communicating with the opposite sex or asking random punters directions back to your hotel at the end of the night.

Money

Most ATMs in Prague accept international credit and debit cards, or else you can change pounds and other major currencies at bureaux de change around the city.

Girls

Czech girls are incredibly cute, and you may spend the early part of your stag weekend rubbing your eyes in disbelief. In Prague the women are used to foreign advances, so best have something special in the bag if you wanna be the have-a-go-hero.

Alcohol

Prague is rightly considered one of the great beer capitals of Europe, and if you’re fond of fermented hops you’re coming to the right place. You may find that Czech beer is a fair bit stronger than your local brew back home so best not to get carried away too early, or you could miss half the fun.

Food

Czech food is surprisingly tasty with lots of local takes on German, Austrian and Polish recipes plus plenty of their own inventions. If you don’t fancy going native then Prague is chock-full of international options, so you won’t go hungry.

How To Behave

Stag groups are relatively common in Prague so it’s likely that your ‘hilarious antics’ have been seen before by the good citizens of the city. You can score points over less sophisticated stags by showing some good manners and respect. Oh, and don’t get caught trying to buy drugs on the streets. Undercover police are cracking down.
